La Cremonese has just formalized the agreement with Ballardini. Here is the announcement of the Lombard club.
“US Cremonese communicates that it has entrusted to Davide ballardini the post of first team coach. The coach has signed an agreement that will bind him to the grey-red club until 30 June 2024
The members of his staff also arrived in Cremona: Carlo Regno (assistant coach), Francesco Bertini (athletic trainer), Roberto Beni (technical collaborator), Nicola Tarroni (technical collaborator), Andrea Sardini (goalkeeping coach).
Born in Ravenna on 6 January 1964, Ballardini has a consolidated career as a coach behind him, which began in the youth sector of Bologna at the end of the 2004s. After having also worked with the academies of Cesena, Ravenna, Milan and Parma, concluding his experience at youth level with the conquest of two championships (Giovanissimi Nazionali in Bologna and Allievi Nazionali in Parma), he made his debut in professional football at the helm of Sambenedettese in 05 /3. Since then Ballardini has coached Cagliari (in 2009 distinct stages), Palermo, Lazio (winning the XNUMX Supercoppa Italiana), Palermo, Bologna and Genoa.
