Vaccines in Italy: when they will arrive

Il 29th December the EU should give the green light for thePfizer vaccine authorization in Europe, while for that Modern we will have to wait until January 12th. Despite this, the first administrations in Italy could be carried out from 15st January, which is two weeks earlier than the previous roadmap. Even the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella has made it known that he will undergo the vaccine as soon as possible, however respecting the procedure of the Ministry of Health. Like the newly elected US president Joe Biden and other heads of state, Mattarella wants to set an example to Italians on the importance of getting vaccinated.

It is now just over a month before the vaccination campaign also starts in Italy. The app for the anticovid vaccine (the download of which will still be optional) should therefore be developed in a very short time. There is still nothing concrete but, once the project has started, it will be up to the Italians to ensure that this becomes a success. The app could prove to be a useful if not indispensable tool. Getting vaccinated is a right, ensuring your health and that of others is a duty.
