An obligation that should remain in force until the end of the state of emergency, set for next March 31st. Also from today, the simple green pass will also be necessary for those visiting prisoners and guests of prisons for adults and minors. To get the basic green pass you will need to be vaccinated, cured or with the result of a negative molecular or antigenic swab.
Green pass mandatory in many sectors
The calendar of obligations and prohibitions also covers many other areas. Except for extensions, from 31 January 2022 stop the ban for "events, parties and concerts, however called, which involve gatherings in open spaces". For people who will access the services and activities in which it is mandatory to have it without a green pass, there is a penalty of between 400 and 1.000 euros.
