Cribs on the water: a unique event in Italy that animates the characteristic village until XNUMX January piedmontese of Crodo. For the 2022 edition, the municipal administration of Crodo has confirmed the twinning with the event “Terninpresepe”, scheduled in Umbria always for the month of December. Those who visit the cribs on the water will venture into a fascinating journey with the installation of over sixty nativity scenes: a tour that also allows you to rediscover the beauty of the area, the pristine landscape of the Piedmontese mountains.
The atmosphere is even more impressive in the evening with the lights illuminating paths and trails around the many Nativity. Of course there is no shortage of gastronomic excellences; delicious gourmet dishes prepared with km 0 products, typicality of the local agri-food such as i alpine cheeses, oven-baked delicacies, tasty and fragrant cured meats.
