Four brave women testify to all of this. The first notes as a child, then the studies at the Conservatory and at least one experience abroad. For all those who enter the world of music, the beginning is around the age of 6, with the first lessons. Then there is the Conservatory, now equated to the University. It can be accessed once the high school diploma has been obtained, except in exceptional cases for which it is possible to attend courses from 16 years of age. But the training in the field of music does not end there.

His passion for music was born by chance. In first grade he had a classmate who took piano lessons at school. So she too wanted to try.

The first occasion in which Beatrice was able to transform her passion for music into a job occurred in 2009. In Germany she acted as a master collaborator (the one who during rehearsals reduces the entire score for piano) for the Madama Butterfly by Puccini. This opportunity led the young girl to study conducting at the Milan Conservatory.

Two fundamental moments marked the turning point in the world of music and Beatrice's life: the meeting with the Scarlatti Orchestra in 2014, having won the Aram Khachaturian international competition in 2016 to conduct the State orchestra in Yerevan, Armenia. She was the first woman to conduct an orchestra there.

A music-loving trio

Carlotta, Emma, Beatrice are three sisters of 23, 20 and 18 years old respectively. They love music from an early age and have started studying it from the age of 6. In 2009, at the suggestion of a teacher, they formed a group, the Arizza trio.

Carlotta teaches music history, music theory and practice for dance and piano at high school, Emma in London performs solo concerts and in chamber groups and Beatrice teaches cello at Ars, Chiasso Academy of Arts.

One moment in particular marked the turning point in their lives: the debut at the latest edition of MiTo, the international music festival that takes place in September between Milan and Turin.
