But the official status arrived only in the past few hours with the signing of the new Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers. It will be in effect until July 14th. Many openings are planned, such as open-air cinemas but also theaters. Openings for wellness centers, game rooms, betting rooms and spas. Precise rules, however, on the distancing social and therefore avoid new ones contagions. On the other hand, congresses and fairs are prohibited. So Italy reopens but let's see specifically what is expected.
Italy reopens but not everything: the rules for cinemas and theaters

Each region or autonomous province can then act differently, based on the size and characteristics of the places.
Spaces also open for children's games: so Italy reopens
In the decree on the Phase 3 there is also talk of spaces and areas for children's games. But also the summer camps. Italy is also reopening these places, as foreseen by the decree. "Access is allowed for children and teenagers to places intended for playful, recreational and educational activities - it is read -. Even non-formal, indoors or outdoors, with the help of operators to whom they can be entrusted in custody and with the obligation to adopt appropriate safety protocols in accordance with the guidelines of the department for family policies. "
Football starts again and also contact sports
And if football matches have already started this weekend, other sports can also be practiced. "From 25 June amateur contact sports can resume - said Conte -, if the regions but also the Minister of Sport and Health ascertain that the performance is compatible with the epidemiological situation. " So green light for soccer and beach volleyball, boxing for fans, basketball and all contact sports. Openings for amusement arcades, betting rooms and bingo halls. But on condition that the Regions and Autonomous Provinces have "Ascertained the compatibility of the performance of the aforementioned activities with the trend of the epidemiological situation" and identify the "protocols or applicable guidelines suitable for preventing or reducing the risk of contagion."
No cruise ship trips
On the other hand, you will not be able to travel on cruise ships. At least until July 14th. Entry is only allowed for ships with a foreign flag, used in cruise services in Italian ports only for idle parking. Furthermore, from 16 June 2020 it will be possible to travel to Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia. Valid journeys for the member states of the European Union; States party to the Schengen Agreement; United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland; Andorra, Principality of Monaco; Republic of San Marino and Vatican City State. Also extended to five days, the maximum period of stay without home quarantine obligation for those who enter Italy for "proven work reasons", as well as "for those who go abroad for proven work reasons."
