"Reggina 1914 confirms the commitment it has made with the FIGC, with the city and with the fans, a commitment to transparency and managerial rigor.
A commitment that is also concretely confirmed by our request, already implemented by the Court of Reggio Calabria, for a restructuring plan that concerns past debts. Debts that the new ownership has decided to face and take on in order to give continuity to the Company.
This is our commitment and we confirm it also for the future. We reiterate it here too, clearly.
Only the restructuring of the debt, its homologation, will allow the definition, once and for all, of the debt positions and finally close with the past.Based on the deadlines indicated by the Court, we will submit the plan by the end of April, inevitably beyond the date of the federal deadlines.
We are therefore living in a particular situation that has arisen in the overlapping of federal deadlines with the process of the debt restructuring plan already started last December. We are confident that the plan will be approved quickly, thus the previous debts chapter will be definitively closed in order to be able to concentrate exclusively on the development of our sporting and social project, with the usual strong commitment from the owners, the directors and the whole Club".
