The Delizie di Calabria company was born in 1985 from the idea of ​​the Scalise family to recover a Calabrian food model and peasant tradition that were slowly disappearing. The first step was therefore to gather the oral tradition transmitted by the peasant culture by becoming a spokesperson for the Calabrian land and its humble and strong people.
