The Chest of Memories back to animate the center of Riccione country on corso Fratelli Cervi in the section between viali Diaz and viali Ruffini, in piazza Matteotti, viale Lazio near the municipal library. The antiques and collectors market will be present in the streets of the Romagna town every second Sunday of the month until 11 June 2023. The initiative is organized by the Municipality and the Riccione Country Committee which represents the freelance artisan merchants of the fishing village of Riccione.
The trunk of memories
The market is full of stalls full of curious and sometimes forgotten objects. Coins and banknotes, costume jewellery, bronzes, calendars, maps, postcards, paintings, ceramics and glass come out of the 'trunk of memories'. And, again, keys, vinyl records, philately and postal history, cameras, comics, toys, old books, typewriters, watches, porcelain. Without forgetting holy cards, vintage prints, musical instruments, tube radio telephone cards and much more.
The main avenues of Riccione come to life and color with this particular exhibition dedicated to vintage and reuse. Every second Sunday of the month (except July and August), walking and browsing is possible rediscover and re-evaluate an old world that can be reborn for a second life.
