Luigi Li Veli and Robert Sherman, experts in Guinness World Records procedures, assisted Lillo Defraia, Andrea Finocchiaro, Vito Mazzarino and the entire operational pool in the phases of achieving the record, which was not at all easy: numerous unknowns related above all to the holding of the cannoli after filling with ricotta which, for the entire duration of the attempt, was secured in a refrigerated medium to perfectly guarantee the cold chain. In the end, a result that rewards years of preparation work and it was a real celebration for everyone.
