Troupe at work among the wonders of Tonnara of Palmi and the island of Dino opposite Praia a Mare. The Calabrian sequences of the film are produced by Mompracem Srl e Rai Cinema with the distribution of 01 Distribution. The Foundation also guarantees its full cooperation Calabria Film Commission. The movie tells the story of Diabolik as a child.
The well-known cartoon character is played by two young men from Palmi. Various Calabrian workers worked on the shoot, in the various departments of the troupe, as well as actors and extras. On the set of the film, in two different moments, the extraordinary commissioner went Anton Giulio Grande who met with the directors Antonio and Marco Manetti. Grande also met the technicians and actors who worked in these intense days of filming.
From Palmi to Praia a Mare
First in Palmi, then in Praia a Mare, on board a boat the commissioner of the Calabria Film Commission reached theDino Island, theater of the set. A work, therefore, that outlines the character Diabolik in the round, whose comic book adventures have been sold in over 150 million copies in the last 50 years. This latest series arrives on the cinema scene after the only transposition of 1968.
