Good morning italiani.it! I am an art historian about to specialize and a teacher (alas precarious) of Art and Image in a middle school in my city, Sassari. I have always known that art and culture would be the coordinates for my working future so I invested a large part of my time in improving myself in this sector. After working in the cultural department of my city, I have embarked on the path of teaching which every day confirms to me how this could actually be my dream job! In my free time I take refuge in nature, far from the city, and I always carry my camera with me, a great passion of mine.
You won the contest, in fact, with a Halloween themed photo, tell us about your relationship with this holiday
The party Halloween has always fascinated me since I was a child, it will probably be her somewhat mysterious and sometimes dark side that differentiates her from other parties. Halloween it is also the party of the disguise so I have always loved to dress up without scaring anyone!
You are a blogger for italiani.it. How do you live this experience in a large community that gathers Italians from all over the world under one roof?
I discovered italiani.it only recently thanks to a dear friend of mine who is already part of the community. I think the purpose of this site is extremely noble, as well as allowing us to discover stories and traditions of our country, it creates a sense of community among readers, a sort of network where everyone can make known a small glimpse of their local reality according to their own inner and personal vision.
Have you ever lived as an "Italian abroad"?
Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to have particularly long experiences abroad, but I intend to make up for this lack as soon as possible! I would like to do internships in some museum or cultural institute in Europe or the United States.
