Once we have a soft and smooth cream, without lumps, we pour it into a non-stick saucepan. Now let’s cook everything on a very low heat. You have to be especially careful to mix constantly. In fact, this is important for making sure that the cream does not burn.
Then, when the mixture comes to a boil, we lower the flame and we let it cooking for a few seconds and then turn off the fire. Finally let our chocolate cream cool.
